Bookmark Folder with Empty list

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add new folder in bookmark
2. Click the folder, It will show empty list. 
3. Now navigate to other bookmark folder and come back again. you can see empty list keep on increase. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
 - Empty list in bookmark folder keep on adding. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
