I'm having trouble reproing this on ToT chrome using an AD managed caroline. Is this happening on every login? What is the network situation (on the network with the DC, another network, no network)? What device is this occurring on?

Hmm, probably I hit it when I built my own chrome. Anyway you could probably simulate it by stopping the daemon.

Actually hit it on R71-11107.0.0 lulu device.
