Pre-condition: Install "Go PIP" Extension from Chrome Web Store.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to www.youtube.com and play any video.
(2) Fullscreen the video using 'Fullscreen' button of played video.
(3) Now Observe the PIP icon at the right bottom corner of the video.
 
Actual Result: PIP icon is seen chopped for any video played.

Expected Result: PIP icon should be seen properly in any of the video played.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-61 series.

NOTE: Issue is also seen on M-69 Stable (version #69.0.3497.100), M-71 Dev (version #71.0.3559.6) & M-71 Canary (version #71.0.3562.0).
