if u open multiple tabs, the last tab overlaps the minimize icon on the right top corner

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Keep opening multiple tabs
2. last tab overlaps on the icon
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The minimize icon doesn't get hidden by the + icon on the last tab

What went wrong?
Icons overlap making it difficult to use

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 69.0.3497.100 using Windows 10. Attaching screen-cast  for reference.
Steps:
---------
1. Launched reported chrome
2. Opened around 40-50 tabs 
As we have Observed that The minimize icon doesn't get hidden by the + icon on the last tab

@Reporter: Can you verify this issue with fresh profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags. Let us know whether issue still persists.
