Leaving sheriff label on for now as the test is still flaky.

Based on the stack trace I would suspect https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1239875 which is also a culprit for  issue 889705  and which I see you have reverted.

After we verify it's stopped flaking post r594697 we can just close this then.

I'm no longer working on chrome. 

The culprit definitely isn't my CL, for that I am sure. The code path my CL touches isn't enabled on testing. It is an unsandboxed GPU process launching 10 second (or so) after Chrome starts to collect some GPU info, but that's disabled for all testing.
