Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Platform: CPU: i7 8700K GPU: AMD Raedon RX480 GPU Driver: amdgpu-pro 18.30 downloaded from https://www2.ati.com/drivers/linux/ubuntu/18.04/amdgpu-pro-18.30-641594.tar.xz System: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS Chrome: M69 stable Run tab_switching.typical_25 benchmark in telemetry What is the expected behavior? Get a result at around 50ms What went wrong? Result is abnormally large (> thousand seconds), trace and result attached Did this work before? Yes Chrome M68 Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 18.04.1 Flash Version: This bug is found on M69 stable, not fixed until M71 dev. M68 works correctly, M69 without installing AMD graphics driver works correctly.

The issue seems to be out of TE-scope as it is related to running tab_switching.typical_25 benchmark in telemetry. Hence, adding label TE-NeedsTriageHelp for further investigation from dev team. Also removing the Needs-Bisect label. Please feel free to add the same if required. Thanks...!!
