What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Keep the shelf position to Left
(2)Enable On-screen keyboard from Ubertray/Accessibility and observe at top left corner

Actual: Circular patch is seen at top left corner when shelf is left and On-screen keyboard is enabled
Expected: No such patches should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-69

Note:
1.Issue is not seen when shelf position is towards Right
2.Issue is also seen in M-70 Beta
