My experience for the last 48 hours, I've been forced to go back to my safari so I could write down my passwords.

Can you make Chrome automatically sync your Account online?

It might be a minor bump.

Hi there! Can you please go to chrome://settings/content/cookies and look at the value of the setting title "Keep local data only until you quit your browser"? If that setting is turned ON, then you will be automatically signed out whenever you quit your browser (as you've specified that you'd like cookies to be cleared whenever Chrome is closed). You can fix the issue simply by turning that setting OFF.

If that setting is already OFF, then please take a screenshot of chrome://signin-internals and post it to this bug.

Hi Team, we have a new report of this issue and it's happening even though the configuration is correct, including "Keep local data only until you quit your browser". Enabling/disabling the account consistency flag has no effect on the issue. Chrome also isn't offering the option to save passwords, which seems to be the root cause of the behavior but we can't determine why it's not doing so. Issue seems to be affecting a single Windows device and it Sync is paused every time the device is rebooted:

* Other Windows devices work properly for the same Google users.
* Other Windows users/profiles in the affected device are also affected.
* Chrome is not offering the option to save passwords even though the feature is enabled in Chrome settings and on each user’s settings at myaccount.google.com.
* Settings for cookies are correctly configured. Manually allowing cookies for accounts.google.com has no effect on the issue.
* Chrome Sync is enabled and is set to sync everything

Prefs-internals, signin-internals and other related info can be found here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1PmuocRTksVB4q2pPx-0VSikW8hu-wvB1

Please look into this and let me know if something else is needed.
Looking at signin-internals in the drive folder linked above, I can see that Chrome failed to read or write profile fata (load state is: load credentials failed with no refresh token).

This may be similar to this bug:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=872040#c14

I'm not familiar with windows configuration at all, but there are troubeshooting steps at comment #14, maybe you could try to see if that helps.
