Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit a page with a time input form element (e.g. https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_input_type_time) 2. Select the input element when in landscape (Open-In-Landscape.png) or rotate device to landscape once the input element is active (Rotate-To-Landscape.png). 3. The "Set" (or "Set" and "Cancel") button(s) disappear. What is the expected behavior? I expect to be able to set the time regardless of screen orientation (Open-In-Portrait.png). What went wrong? The "Set" (or "Set" and "Cancel") button(s) disappear. See screenshots. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 9 Flash Version: I have verified that the time picker behaves correctly in other apps. I.e. this is specific to Chrome.
