SMB Shares are not listed in Settings window after mounting them

Chrome OS version: 11021.23.0, 70.0.3538.28 beta-channel eve

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mount network file shares from Settings > Downloads > Network File Shares > Add
2. SMB file shares are mounted in Files app
3. Observe the Settings > Network File Shares page

What happens instead?
SMB Shares are not listed.

This is not implemented in M70, and won't be until M72. This is a known missing feature that we've already discussed with UX/PM.

baileyberro@ - if we have another bug for this can you dupe this one.
