When casting with new mirroring service, route description doesn't appear on sender, and is incorrect on other machines.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Enable Harmony and Mirroring service with the following flag:
--enable-features=ViewsCastDialog,AudioServiceAudioStreams,NetworkService,MirroringService

(1) Cast a desktop mirroring session.

What is the expected result? Sender and other machines should show the route description label "Casting desktop".

What happens instead? Sender doesn't have any route description. Other machine has "Chrome mirroring"


Same thing happens for incognito route descriptions. "Casting active" should be displayed on other machines. It shows "Chrome mirroring" instead.

And same thing happens for Media Remoting. Should say "Casting media". It shows "Chrome mirroring" instead. It's also incorrect on the sender machine.
