Proposed change: Don't repeat the same spelling suggestion multiple times. If there is a potential misspelled word that is repeated many times, we should post one comment that says that the word appears multiple times in the file.

Note:This is a similar to the change that Diego made to Spacey before, and is potentially something we may want to do for all analyzers, but it's also still possible that we want the behavior to be a bit different for different analyzers.
