keyboard shortcut to accept suggested completion in devtools

Issue description

Chrome Version: 68.0.3440.118 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Ctrl+Shift+I to open dev tools
(2) Click Console tab
(3) var s = "abc";<ENTER>
(4) var s

What is the expected result?
It shows a completion popup.  Pressing <TAB> accepts the completion and turns the line into v s = "abc";

What happens instead?
It shows a completion popup, but no keyboard shortcut accepts the completion.

I assume you've got a pop-up with no blue default selection line and the only lines starting with ">"? Looks like this is working as intended  me -- note that the only matches you're getting are the console history and we don't make the default. Press an arrow to explicitly select one, then <TAB> will accept autocompletion.
