Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome 
2. Go to tab grid view and scroll to incognito
3. Tap on the plus (+) button to open a new incognito tab
4. Go to tab grid view

Observed results:
Notice that incognito tab snapshot is not displayed completely

Note: Similar issue is not noticed on opening incognito tab from Menu

Expected results:
Correct incognito tab snapshot should be displayed
