Regression: Short forms of keyboards like 'US', 'EXTD', 'WMI' are missing in On-screen keyboard US option

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> In OOBE, enable On-screen keyboard
(2)Click on On-screen keyboard and then on US option and observe the short forms like 'US', 'EXTD', 'WMI' are missing

Actual: Short forms of keyboards like 'US', 'EXTD', 'WMI' are missing in On-screen keyboard US option
Expected: Short forms like 'US', 'EXTD', 'WMI' should be seen 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine on M69

Thanks for reporting.

This is WAI, new UX spec removed the short form text.
