What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to play store >>Select any app,open it to install
(2)Click on App launcher >> Pop up & down the app launcher and observe

Actual: Weird page movements are seen in Playstore window when app launcher is opened  & closed
Expected: No such weird page movements should be seen in Playstore window when app launcher is opened  & closed

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-68

Note:Able to repro the issue on M-69
