infinite loop in google search unusual traffic page

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the above url
2. the page will never complete loading
3.

What went wrong?
I am on a shared network. sometimes, I get "unusual traffic" error while browsing, but this page never complete loading.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

mukhlesur.millon@: Could you please check this on other browsers and confirm if any of them opens it fine. 

Shows the same problem on Firefox and Chrome. Probably webpage specific issue rather than browser.
hmm. problem exists on firefox 48 and 60.  it's a webpage specific problem. you can close this.

may be it was designed this way to confuse user. who is going to teach them detecting user based on ip address is a worse decision! third world country problem :)
