Console logging DragEvent.dataTransfer displays inaccurate values for its DataTransfer object properties

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. add drag and drop event listeners to element (see attachment)
2. drop single or multiple files in div with drag events
3. check logs devtools

What is the expected behavior?
When logging , seeing the correct properties on event.dataTransfer

What went wrong?
Seeing inaccurate values

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)  Channel: stable
OS Version: 4.15.0-34-generic (Ubuntu 18.04)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 31.0 r0

Does work in Firefox 62. Example given as attachment is simplified version. I was working on a React app when I noticed this issue.

Sounds like discrepancy between preview and actual content at time of expansion due object being changed after preview is captured. Not sure if anything can be done here (how does Firefox handle this?), but perhaps an interesting use case for live eval?
