What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Goto chrome://settings/fonts ->set the Minimum font size to Huge
(2)Open chrome://settings/cupsPrinters ->open Add Printer overlay and observe

Actual:Buttons in Add Printer overlay are seen improper
Expected: Buttons in Add Printer overlay should be seen proper

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
