Non-Regression : Hand pointer is seen instead of Arrow pointer for 'Shut down' option in OOBE screen |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3538.32/ 11021.27.0 beta channel Kip, Reks & Daisy OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Recover Build -> In OOBE screen hover mouse pointer in 'Shut down' option and observe Hand pointer (Please refer Video) Note : In Lock screen and In Sign out screen Arrow pointer is seen (Please refer 'Expected_ArrowPointerInLockScreenAndInSignOutScreenForShutdownOption' video Expected: Arrow pointer should be seen for 'Shut down' option Actual: Instead Hand pointer is seen This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62

C#1>> In Lock screen and in Sign out screen Arrow pointer is seen for 'Shut down' option , which is working as Intended and now in OOBE screen for 'Shut down' option Hand pointer is seen(Instead of Arrow pointer) Could you please confirm Pointer behavior for 'Shut down' option in OOBE screen and reopening this issue for confirmation Thanks..!!

Ah, sorry, I looked at the bug too quickly. Yes, showing the hand icon in OOBE is incorrect behavior and will be fixed when we switch the shelf over to the views-based implementation.
