It seems like the version that this link directs to is not available on iOS 10.3.3, i tried the link even on desktop and it seems that it doesn't work at all replacing the en with us in the URL works on every platform. So i believe it's the link problem

Is this problem reproducible with a test app? If it's Apple's bug, then there is no need to file radars, because it's iOS 10-only.

Yes its on test app, only for ios 10 and it seems like its related to link handling - i don't think this is RBS at all. |
