Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.92 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: In the first screenshot the user is pleasantly starting to choose an image and all is well. In the second screenshot the user has selected a different image, a tall thin one. Alas chromium's Open File dialog apparently only checks the size of the first image, and when the long thin image is put in the preview window, the Open button is pushed below the end of the screen, inaccessible to normal users (who don't know about the ALT-move-mouse trick.) P.S., if you are wondering how I got here, the third screenshot shows the simple choose file button. What is the expected behavior? Open button always at bottom of screen. What went wrong? Open button below bottom of screen. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.92 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version:

OK the same thing happens in Firefox, so what company should I reassign this bug to? The two browsers share the same Open File dialogue.

jidanni@ Thanks for the issue... Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chromium 69.0.3497.92 using Ubuntu 14.04. Attaching screenshot for reference. Step: ---- 1. Launched chrome 2. Navigated to https://www.couchsurfing.com and created account 3. Navigated to Profile > photos > Clicked on upload > Selected 1. Landscape image 2. Portrait image As we are observed that Open button always at bottom of screen. @Reporter: Can you verify this issue with fresh profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags. Let us know whether issue still persists. Thanks..!

OK by doing
$ reportbug --template --no-bug-script chromium > tee /tmp/C
$ reportbug --template --no-bug-script firefox > tee /tmp/F
$ sort /tmp/F /tmp/C|uniq -c
I found
2 ii libgtk-3-0 3.24.1-2
so I made
