nvme: add telemetry support |

Issue descriptionTelemetry is helpful for retrieving internal logs to give to manufacturer when we suspect a disk problem. It is supported in nvme-cli 1.6. Only 1.5 is available from Gentoo. Upgrade Gentoo to 1.6
