# Press enter to expand it
# Use arrow keys to move up and down menu
Expected: focus moves between menu items
Actual: keyboard focus remains behind the menu, scrolls up and down behind it

# Use tab to continue to navigate down the menu
Expected: menu acts like a modal, keyboard focus remains in the menu
Actual: keyboard focus moves beyond the menu when using tab to navigate
