<md-button> not render automatic need to be hover firs to show the button

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create page <md-button>
2. call the page
3. after page finish loaded the button doesn'e visible in the page. hover the area of the button then button will visible

What is the expected behavior?
When the page finished to render, the button visible in the page automaticly

What went wrong?
button not apear authomatically

Did this work before? Yes version before this one

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
