Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.92 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. User visits a chrome://... URL and changes something. 2. User regrets it and wants to change it back. 3. User cannot find where the page he visited via History, and thus cannot change it back. What is the expected behavior? Let's say we changed something on a website, and wanted to change it back. No worries, we can find the page / site we were on via History. What went wrong? Our history in this case has been censored. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.92 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version:

jidanni@ Thanks for the issue. Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 17.10 on the latest Stable 69.0.3497.100 and the latest Canary 71.0.3556.0. On navigating to chrome://.... urls, those are not added to the history. This is a Non-Regression issue as this is observed from M-60 chrome builds. Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev. Thanks..

Thanks for your suggestion. I suspect it wasn't the intention of Chrome History to include chrome:// links, which are generally considered internal to Chrome. I'm adding UI>Browser>History just in case they have a different opinion, but I'm closing this WontFix. |
