Mouse cursor changes size when night light is toggled on and off

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Toggle night light off
2. Toggle night light on

What is the expected behavior?
Cursor size remains the same.

What went wrong?
Cursor size changes as seen in the video

This device is likely using the compositor NL matrix, which requires switching to the software cursor. That's why when NL is on, the cursor is bigger. This should be fixed when issue 888616 is fixed.
