tasklist: add column total_overhead so we can compare the runtime and the overhead in a list of tasks

Issue description

This would help diagnosing issue 889069.

Since tasks/list doesn't include "include_performance_stats=true", the column could be synthesized as "completed_ts - started_ts - duration".
