Buildbucket says the build completed successfully, but Pinpoint can't find the isolate hash.

In https://chromeperf.appspot.com/group_report?bug_id=889126 from the first comment, both ref and the test results changed at the same time.  First on 9/18 all of the results went down by ~the same amount.  Then on 9/22 all of the results went back up to what they were originally.

Given ref is changing at the same time, this appears to be due to changes in the operating environment.  Marking this a WontFix.
