Right now, "tast run" fails if it its SSH connection to the DUT goes away while local_test_runner is running local tests.

I've thought a bit about trying to make Tast more robust against this. For example, we could try to reconnect to the DUT and rerun local_test_runner with a flag telling it to skip the tests that were previously completed.

I haven't done anything besides thinking those thoughts, though. :-)
