What steps will reproduce the problem?
In omnibox, some icons like bookmarks, passwords can be only triggered on left click.
Some icons like "Not secure", pop-up blocker one can be triggered on right click as well. 


What is the expected result?
The behaviors are not consistent. We should unify them.
