What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load "good_bad.pdf" from https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=873840#c15
(2) Print Preview
(3) Select "Save as PDF" as the destination.

What is the expected result?

The preview should show "Good :]"

What happens instead?

The preview shows "Bad :["


This is a separate issue from  bug 873840 , where the destination is a real printer. This issue existed with older versions of Chromium and did not regress in M67.
