Too few reports for UMA.PersistentAllocator.BrowserMetrics.Errors

Chirp encountered an error

Filtering for user counts > 1000 killed all data.

On 2018-09-08 when processing UMA.PersistentAllocator.BrowserMetrics.Errors (histogram_bins).

This error indicates there is insufficient data to process.
If the target metric was deprecated, then the appropriate action is to unsubscribe from this histogram.
If the metric is not deprecated, then the missing data needs to be investigated.
