I open a ticket on Google Chrome Forum (https://productforums.google.com/forum/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=footer#!msg/chrome-it/EyhiZoA7wbA/VuPGfS1sBQAJ) but they can't help me. They suggest me to open a ticket here. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: If I open Chrome in anonymous mode, or in guest mode, the problem doesn't appear. I've no extension installed in Chrome.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #69.0.3497.100 and latest canary #71.0.3562.0. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!

No repro for me. If `evt.target.errorCode` is changed to `evt.target.error.name + evt.target.error.message` it will be easier to understand what the problem is. With no further data, I'd assume that a previous database exists with a higher version and thus the open request is failing.

krajshree@chromium.org - when you were able to repro, was there a pre-existing IndexedDB database named "PeopleDB" ? Are you able to make the error reporting change in comment 3 and share the error?
