device does not update to version 69.03497.95

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
The Samsung Series 3 Chromebook was End of Lifed in March 2018. That is why it isn't receiving updates.

Samsung Chromebook 3 End of Life is 2021.
   (2018 is for Chromebox)
My comment in the  issue 888998  states that it is a Chrome Notebook.
