Google Slides Presenter View is not displaying

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create/open a Google Slides presentation
2. Click "Present" drop-down menu
3. Click "Presenter view"

What is the expected behavior?
1. A secondary tab will open with a blank screen.
2. Your current tab will have a black screen with the normal presentation menu bar. 

What went wrong?
The presenter view does not appear. 

Did this work before? Yes The previous version.

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.6
