cfakhruddin@ Thanks for the update. Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 71.0.3559.4 and the latest Canary 71.0.3562.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched chrome and enabled NVDA 2. Could observe that NVDA is reading the web contents. 3. Navigated to chrome://accessibility, "Native accessibility API support" and "Web accessibility" are enabled i.e., checked. Attaching the screen cast for reference. Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..

susan.boorgula@ Thanks for trying it out. I could not get 71.0.3559.4 version of Canary but tested it out on the latest Canary 71.0.3562.0. I was not able to reproduce the issue and could see "Native" and "Web" accessibility options getting enabled. Thanks!
