Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.22 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open MSFT Visual Code in Full Screen 2. drag a chrome window to the same Desktop to split screen What is the expected behavior? to be able to adjust the size of each window What went wrong? When i try to split screen (full screen on maos 10.14) of Visual Code and a Chrome window, I can't resize either windows Did this work before? #1: If this is a 10.14 bug, it seems like this isn't a Chrome issue and I'm inclined to WontFix it. Does this happen when splitting the screen between other pairs of apps, neither of which is Chrome?

@ellyio, I'm almost sure it is *only* a macos issue, since i can reproduce it with most apps. OTOH, i can see many other users having issues with chrome as i suspect browsers are things ppl split windows quite often. I've also opened an issue with apple. For anyone coming across this bug in the future, switching windows sides, reveals the holder that allows to resize.
