since installing Version 69.0.3497.95 all apps not working on Acer R11 chrombook

As per above comment this seems to be issue on OS=Chrome , hence changing os to chrome.

@danielgbara: Please provide steps to reproduce the issue along with screencast, this would help in further triaging.

If your app is not working on Acer R11 chrome book then restart your device or check your Internet connection may it not enable, or may your Chromebook needs updating. If still, you cannot resolve this issue then I recommend this link https://www.acersupportnumber.com/acer-support-number-europe/
