New tabs are overwriting minimize/maximize icons

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.22 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Unsure. It just happened in regular browser, I only had 6 tabs open. Has not happened often, this is just FYI. I've attached a screenshot. What is the expected behavior? Tabs should not be behind minimize/maximize buttons. What went wrong? First tab is underneath minimize/maximize button Did this work before? Yes One before Chrome version: 70.0.3538.22 Channel: beta OS Version: OS X 10.13.6 Flash Version:

I'll try tonight. Last night I played with it a bit. I think it was maximizing/minimizing the window that did it.

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.3 using chrome reported version #70.0.3538.22 and latest canary #71.0.3559.0 as per comment #2. Attached a screen cast for reference. Observed that on maximizing/minimizing the window repeatedly did not bring first tab underneath minimize/maximize button. atotic@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #71.0.3559.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
