3rd Monitor goes into 'Standby' state with some web pages

Reported by jarrodhe...@gmail.com, Sep 24

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load https://itunes.apple.com/app/id1230130624
or play.spotify.com (after logging in)
2. Observe 3rd monitor go out.
3. Close Tab, monitor turns back on

What is the expected behavior?
Monitor should stay on

What went wrong?
Monitor turns itself off and goes into standby, likely caused by web content or extension clash??

Has been occuring since receiving version upgrade last week, thought this was just a Spotify issue until other Apple web page displayed same issue today

As per comment#0, it is understood that the issue seems to be triaged using 3 monitors, Currently we do not have the hardware setup to test and confirm the issue, hence adding appropriate label and requesting the respective team to have a look into this and help in further triaging it.
