Download location metrics polish

To understand the percentage of users that actually seen SD card directory option in the UI. We need to add another metrics to record the directory types when they are generated in the backend.

Download location: Adds directory type metric.

This CL adds a metrics to records the type of directories shown to the
users so we can analyze the percentage of users that have SD card as
an option to download.
