# Notice nothing is spoken
# Press the sort button and choose 'last modified'
# Notice that files are sorted, but nothing is spoken
# Press 'thumbnail view' or 'list view'
# Notice nothing is spoken

Expected: When a user action changes the file layout, the user is informed of the change

Actual: Nothing is spoken when file list is updated or reordered
