Crash logging documentation wrong

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Says:

Automatically send usage statistics and crash reports to Google: Help us
prioritize the features and improvements we should work on by allowing
Chrome to send these usage statistics and crash reports automatically to
Google. Learn more about usage statistics and crash reports.

But this item has been renamed in chrome://settings/ to

Help improve Safe Browsing
Sends some system information and page content to Google

So please change the help page.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The documentation differs so much that the user can no longer find the item in Settings.

It differs so much that the only way I could *guess* which item it was talking about was comparing the order of the surviving surrounding items.

3. Click Help  Report an issue.
But there is no "Help".
If one clicks "About Chromium" though, he will get to
chrome://settings/help

Alas, it turns out I in fact really cannot turn Crash Reporing on at all here
with Debian  69.0.3497.92-1 as noted on
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=886921

So as https://stackoverflow.com/a/48489046/1118719 says
"Enabling crash reporting on Chromium is not possible,"
So please update the documentation.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Documentation is correct as it refers to "Chrome", "Chromium" is a different thing that the project only distributes source code for.
