Regression: The written text getting vanished within few seconds in Hand-writing input method of On-screen keyboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>From Ubertray/Accessibility, enable On-screen keyboard
(2)Click on Hand-Writing input method and write something and observe written text getting vanished within few seconds

Actual: The written text getting vanished within few seconds
Expected: No such issue should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 71.0.3555.0/11082.0.0 dev

When we are slow in writing letters, before writing the second letter, the first letter goes off..Attaching the screencast for reference and Re-opening the bug for clarification.

Adding as an FYI for a11y. If we want to increase the delay or create an option to increase the delay, we can do that later.
