Cannot Chromecast after upgrade

Platform: 11021.19.0 (Official Build) beta-channel cyan

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. When I try to Chromecast the projector casts a blank screen

What is the expected behavior?
It should cast my tab/desktop

What went wrong?
This has started with the upgrade.  I can cast from YouTube and from other Chromebooks still on version 69

Did this work before? Yes 69

I can confirm this behavior occurs with two different Acer C740s in two different locations, however, casting works without issue on two Acer CPS-471s. I can try some other Acer models, if necessary.
