New failing tests from Mozilla in external/wpt/referrer-policy/css-integration/child-css/ |

Issue descriptionTwo tests in https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/13029 are failing, and because a generated unique ID is part of the failure message, it's blocking wpt imports. The two tests are: external/wpt/referrer-policy/css-integration/child-css/internal-import-stylesheet.html external/wpt/referrer-policy/css-integration/child-css/processing-instruction.html I will manually mark these as expected to fail to allow the wpt import to proceed. When the tests have been imported it will be possible to investigate why they are failing.

robertma@ kyleju@ FYI that this is another failure mode of the importer. We probably already have an issue for a previous instance of this.
