Regression : Browser exits from 'Full screen' mode on pressing 'Ctrl + P' key for https://permission.site

Issue description

Version: 71.0.3559.0 (Official Build)Revision 3bdc2dd56448262e33bd56e87998b4a26af69141-refs/branch-heads/3559@{#1}(32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to https://permission.site. 
2. Now click on 'Full screen' button and press 'Ctrl + P' key to open print preview and observe
 
Actual: Browser exits from 'Full screen' mode on pressing 'Ctrl + P' key
Expected: Browser should not exit from 'Full screen' mode on pressing 'Ctrl + P' key.
(This functionality is working as expected for Full screen mode via "F11" and "wrench menu" option)

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 70’ and will soon update other info :
Good build: 70.0.3534.0  (Revision: 586176).
Bad build: 70.0.3535.0 (Revision: 586474).
 
You are probably looking for a change made after 586417 (known good), but no later than 586418 (first known bad).
