Images duplicated in Files app Recents view

Chrome Version: 70.0.3538.22 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Save an image to your downloads folder
(2) Go to Recents

What is the expected result?
The image is in Recents

What happens instead?
The image is in Recents twice

Note, I'm not sure if that gets images into Recents. You might have to open an image or select it or something to get it to appear there.

Can confirm this happens on my machine (70.0.3538.22 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)).

Also, opening other files in Downloads does not appear to get them added to recents, so recents isn't all that recent.
