Problems watching a YouTube video while the screen is rotated 90 or 270 degrees

Reported by dcarpent...@gmail.com, Sep 23

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10718.88.2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.118 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10718.88.2 (Official Build) stable-channel eve

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Rotate the screen to 90 or 270 degrees
2. Go to YouTube and watch a video
3. Move the cursor to the video player and move it out of it

What is the expected behavior?
The UI should look fine.

What went wrong?
The UI becomes abnormal, and the YouTube video player becomes distorted.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.118 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10718.88.2
Flash Version: 30.0.0.134

After a little while of moving the cursor in and out of the YouTube video player when the screen is rotated to 90 or 270 degrees, my Pixelbook freezes and all audio becomes repeated.

Not able to reproduce any issues on desktop via forcing rotating with dev tools. =>CrOS video team.

I reproduced this on M68.
My first thought was either chrome compositing issue or overlays issue.
But on M69 and M70, this wasn't reproducible.
So I guess this issue was fixed at some point on M69.
Let me close then.

Thanks for reporting this time.
